Returns and Exchange

We only accept returns if there’s any manufacturing defect and exchange facility is available only in a case where there is a size issue. For any returns, we only offer an Account Credit. There’s no Policy of refund on any of the orders. For any Return, we should receive the request for Return within 2 Days from the Date of Delivery. No Returns shall be entertained if they are initiated after a period of 2 Days. Once we are satisfied with the reason of Return or Exchange, to initiate the process of return, we shall ensure the following Terms and Conditions are met.

1. The Merchandise shall not be Soiled, Worn or Washed.
2. All the original Tags and Labels should be intact.
3. The original packing of the Merchandise shall be intact.
4. All the related Accessories sent with the Merchandise shall be returned along the package.
5. Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.

Please note that any kind of Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Merchandise can only be exchanged with the product of a same or a higher value. The money in that case shall be sent to the user in form of an Account credit only. Thread Sutra does not hold the liability if the product is damaged in transit.

We shall not entertain any cancellation once the order has been processed. Any refund for cancellation shall be remitted to the user in terms of an Account Credit only.
